Homemade Almond Butter
Homemade Almond Butter is made with just two simple ingredients. It comes together in a matter of minutes and makes a great alternative to peanut butter.

Yields: 1 cup
In a food processor, process the almonds until they become coarsely ground. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add the tablespoon of coconut oil if they almonds aren't breaking down easily.
Continue to blend for 20-30 minutes, stopping and scraping down the sides as needed throughout the process, until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
