Homemade Almond Butter

Homemade Almond Butter is made with just two simple ingredients. It comes together in a matter of minutes and makes a great alternative to peanut butter.

  • In a food processor, process the almonds until they become coarsely ground. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl. 
  • Add the tablespoon of coconut oil if they almonds aren't breaking down easily. 
  • Continue to blend for 20-30 minutes, stopping and scraping down the sides as needed throughout the process, until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
