Strawberry Pie

Easy strawberry pie loaded with fresh strawberries mixed in a homemade strawberry jam. The filling is nestled inside a baked pie crust. Chill it and add a dollop of whipped cream.

Mince strawberries in a food processor.


Cook with sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until bubbling. Add cornstarch slurry then cook until thickened.


Fold chopped strawberries into the jam and immediately pour into the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.


Serve with whipped cream.
