Whisk the dry ingredients together.
Whisk the wet ingredients together.
Whisk in melted chocolate.
Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Divide the batter evenly among prepared muffin cups.
Bake until the cupcakes are set and just firm to the touch, about 15-20 minutes.
Cool the cupcakes in the pan for about 10 minutes. Transfer cupcakes to a wire rack to cool completely then frost with chocolate frosting
