Ingredients
1can Pillsbury™ refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
1cup(125g)finely chopped apple,, about 1 medium apple
1tablespoonall-purpose flour
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
⅛teaspoonground nutmeg
8teaspoonscaramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Light spray 8 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. In a small bowl, toss the apple with flour and nutmeg until evenly coated.
Separate the 8 cinnamon rolls from the package. Flatten each roll with a rolling pin then press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
Divide the apple mixture evenly between each cup. Top each with a teaspoon of caramel sauce.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer the rolls to a serving plate and top them with a teaspoon or two of icing.
