A classic cookie turned into bar form. These Snickerdoodle Blondies are so simple to make and they don’t require chilling the dough.
Mix the wet ingredients.
Mix in the dry ingredients.
Spread the batter into the pan.
Top with cinnamon sugar.
Bake until set.
