These Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies are everything you love about the classic cookie recipe – soft centers, crisp edges, buttery, with loads of chocolate chips.
Cream the butter and sugars together.
Beat in yogurt and vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients and mix them into the butter mixture just until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips then scoop mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake until edges are set but centers still look slightly undercooked.
Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
