Strawberry Mojito Infused Water

Hate plain water? This fruit infused water recipe is made with juicy fruits and mint. Easy, refreshing and extra hydrating!

  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 limes thinly sliced
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries cut in half lengthwise
  • 4-5 sprigs of mint *


  • Place the cucumber, lime, strawberries, and mint in a gallon sized pitcher. Fill the pitcher with cold water. Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours then refrigerate.  
  • If the water isn't consumed within 24 hours, strain out the solids and refrigerate for up to 3 days.


*For a strong mint flavor, tear the leaves slightly to activate the oils before adding it to the water.
