Strawberry Mojito Infused Water
Hate plain water? This fruit infused water recipe is made with juicy fruits and mint. Easy, refreshing and extra hydrating!

Place the cucumber, lime, strawberries, and mint in a gallon sized pitcher. Fill the pitcher with cold water. Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours then refrigerate.
If the water isn't consumed within 24 hours, strain out the solids and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
*For a strong mint flavor, tear the leaves slightly to activate the oils before adding it to the water.
