Baked by an Introvert
Pulse Oreos in a food processor until finely ground. Mix with butter. Press into a springform pan and bake.
Mix up the filling which contains both melted chocolate and cocoa powder. Pour it into the crust and bake.
Melt butter and chocolate then stir to combine. Spread it over the baked and cooled cheesecake.
Slice cold but serve at room temperature for a truly decadent, mousse-like texture.
