These no-bake mini cheesecakes are rich and creamy – not to mention adorable. The best thing about this cheesecake recipe is that you never have to worry about the tops of the cheesecake cracking. Just mix, prepare, chill and enjoy!
Make a simple graham cracker crust and portion it among paper lined muffin cups.
Whip up a light and creamy no bake cheesecake batter.
Top the crusts with the batter and use a spoon to smooth over the tops. Refrigerate until set, about 8 hours.
