These no-bake peanut butter bars are so easy to make with just a handful of simple ingredients. They are sweet and creamy with a smooth chocolate topping. Plus they take just a few minutes to make!
Mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs together in a medium bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes to soften crumbs.
Mix in the confectioners’ sugar, and salt. Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
Press mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
Spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.
Chill in the refrigerator until completely firm, at least 2 hours. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting.
