Mini Apple Pies

These hand held mini apple pies wrap crisp, cinnamon doused apples in a flaky pie crust. They’re perfect for a dessert buffet or to grab on the go.

Make a buttery homemade pie crust.


Make a simple apple pie filling.


Roll the dough and cut it into 4-inch circles.


Place a small amount of filling on half of the dough circles.


Fold the dough over and press the seams with the tines of a for. Bake for 18 minutes at 425°F.
