This dough doesn't require chilling! Simply mix it together and it's ready to bake.
Scoop the dough into 1-tablespoon sized balls then bake bottom edges are lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes. Immediately press an indentation in the center of each cookie.
Pipe the dulce de leche into the cavities of each cookie. Top with flaked sea salt
Since they're a little fancy and not your everyday cookie, I love to give them as gifts or add them to cookie trays during the holidays.
