¾ cup unsalted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 3 large eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 cups pureed ripe banana 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 3 cups cake flour 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ingredients
Cream butter and sugar. Combine the butter and sugar; beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix in the other ingredients until you have a thick cake batter.
Transfer to pan. Spread the batter in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Bake. Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Make the frosting. Make a sweet brown sugar frosting.
Assemble the cake. Cover the cooled cake with frosting and refrigerate until ready to serve.
